Characteristics and pairings

The harvest of olives at the right degree of ripeness and the excellent health of the fruits give life to a medium fruity oil with hints of almond and apple. The excellent balance between bitter and spicy create a mix of original fragrances. They go perfectly with fish and meat tartare, legume soups, bruschetta, pizza, fresh cheeses such as burrata, mozzarella, ricotta, stracciatella, grilled meat and fish, and grilled vegetables. Available in two varieties, Provenzale and Peranzana, and in a blend of the two cultivars.
